The team at Hercules were polite and professional to deal with. The movers wrapped our belongings very carefully and successfully moved the contents of our larger home, including an upright piano, without complications. I would suggest the company have a fridge cart on hand to make the move of an upright freezer more easy for the movers, and suggest to homeowners to indicate items needing careful wrapping from those that don't to save some time, as all items ended up being very carefully wrapped, regardless of their value.
