The on the ground movers were great - strong bunch of guys as expected to move a grand piano. However, the logistics were not managed well with the team almost four hours late, despite assurances that they were close and only an hour away - three times repeated. Receiving a piano delivery in the dark at 1030 pm was not ideal or particularly smart/safe...
