Tempest Home Inspections

We got Dave's info recommended to us from our realtor. We were looking for a new house, and Dave did a very thorough inspection. Checked everything and pointed out issues and concerns as we went, as well as options to fix them. His report included everything small to big and was very in depth. Thank you for your excellent work.

He even provided the home inspection report within the same day as the inspection.

I booke Dave after doing quite a bit of research on local inspectors. His reviews all seemed great so I booked him for a few days out.

The day of the inspection it was pouring rain. When I arrived I found Dave just coming down from the roof. He had arrived early and during a short window while rain wasn't coming down he went up to the roof to inspect it while he could. This was great initiative!

Throughout the inspection Dave pointed out many things, both large and small and took the time to discuss with myself. He was super knowledgeable and listened to all my questions with respect. His report was delivered shortly after the inspection and included a ton of info, photos and resources.

Tempest inspected our house a year ago, very Professional and inspected everything in great detail. Tempest recommended to get the sewer pipe checked as there were trees in the backyard over sewer pipes and sure enough the pipe was blocked. The recommendation saved us and we got the seller to take care of that. Great work Temest, we highly recommend you!
