Tempest Home Inspections

I booke Dave after doing quite a bit of research on local inspectors. His reviews all seemed great so I booked him for a few days out.

The day of the inspection it was pouring rain. When I arrived I found Dave just coming down from the roof. He had arrived early and during a short window while rain wasn't coming down he went up to the roof to inspect it while he could. This was great initiative!

Throughout the inspection Dave pointed out many things, both large and small and took the time to discuss with myself. He was super knowledgeable and listened to all my questions with respect. His report was delivered shortly after the inspection and included a ton of info, photos and resources.

I was really happy with the service Dave provided. It's always great to find a good service provider as I won't need to do the same research next time around. I highly recommend Dave at Tempest Home Inspections!!
