Gary S. Is the worst contractor I've ever dealt with. Almost zero contact, never responds or calls back. Always has excuses why work isn't done. And doesn't pay sub trades!!! So be aware because they will be after you. Amazing that this builder is still in business.

We contracted goldcrest to build our new home. Everything started out great. The guy that does the actual building, joe, is excellent and experienced. The problem is the guy who coordinates everything, or should I say doesn't. Total disaster. If you enjoy repeating your instructions 10 times and following it up every week for months on end then by all means use this builder. Otherwise, I highly recommend you steer clear because the finished product is not at all what you asked for or paid for. Be sure to ask for references as they have none!!!
