Had a serious leak coming from inside a wall. After having some "not too good experiences" with plumbers in the past, I decided to contact John Dima, based on the reviews/comments from previous customers.
From the very first interactions with him, you can immediately notice you are dealing with a real professional. Straightforward, knowledgeable, efficient. He completed the job to our total satisfaction.
We were so happy that decided to ask if he could also have a look to some other minor plumbing issues around the house. He did so, and didn't take advantage by charging any unreasonable fees for the last minute request.
I'd also like to mention that in times of COVID-19, he wears face mask, boot covers, and respects physical distancing.
We took well note of his contact, and will definitively use him for any plumbing issues we might have in the future.
