I had numerous shut-off supply valves start leaking at once - (a) bathroom toilet shut-off, (b) wahing machine shut-offs, and (c) inside shut-off to outside water supply. So rather than waiting for a full blown flood with water damage replaced. Messaged Dima and he gave a quote within minutes.
