I paid $350 for a shower cartridge replacement. The plumber arrived 1 hour 22 minutes late. The tub spout was damaged by the plumber who blamed it on it being an old spout. The spout was one year old. After arguing it was agreed to give me a $20 discount for a new Moen spout. A new Moen spout turned out to cost between $40-100. No clean up after work. Sloppy caulking. I regret using this plumber.
