Andrei diagnosed, explained and eliminated two problems for us - with a stink in the laundry room due to an incorrect connection of the washing machine, and with a leaky bath tub.
He was extremely polite and patient during the conversation, came on time, proposed the least intrusive solutions, and was very attentive, careful and clean in his work.
