Andrei provided initial estimates over the phone and managed to accommodate me for a Friday night appointment, which I truly appreciated.
Upon his arrival, Andrei assessed the situation and found a solution for the pipe issue that was more efficient than initially anticipated. He charged me less than the original estimate, which I found very considerate.
