Kingway Roofing

The roof began leaking after 5 years and Kingway did not respond to several telephone calls nor to emails despite selling us a roof with a 15 year warranty. We do not recommend this roofing company.

We called about a dozen roofing companies and the estimates as well as the type of shingles they installed varied. I was in touch with Mo from Kingway roofing, and he was prompt to respond to my texts.
We decided to hire Kingway roofing to replace the shingles on our roof for 2 reasons:
1. They were offering the more expensive and better quality brand of shingles we wanted to have installed, and
2. Their price was very attractive.
The estimates we got ranged from $6,500 and $19,000. Kingway roofing was on the lower end, but not the cheapest. They were the cheapest who installed the type of shingles we wanted.
Therefore, we knew that since we chose the cheaper roofer, not to expect the top quality service. Usually in life- you get what you pay for!
The roof was installed in one and a half days and we were happy with the job done. Prior to roof replacement we had a leak through the chimney which the roof replacement didn’t eliminate, but still after I called them they came back the following spring and reseated the shingles around the chimney. I called them once more, but the second time Mo didn’t call me back, this the reason I didn’t give 5 stars.
Overall, we were happy with their service.

HORRIBLE RENOVATION EXPERIENCE
This contractor took the payment and left the job unfinished. This is how it happened:
I hired Kingway Roofing (Contact name is Mo) to replace the existing roof for a new one.
We had a specified payment schedule and closer to the end of the project when all payments have already been made, they left the project unfinished.
I have made dozens of phone calls and when I finally reached them, they made it clear that they have no intention of finishing the job (they already got the money, so why even bother, right?).
I was promised great roofing with a 10-year warranty for the work done. Then I paid the full amount for an unfinished job. It is obvious, that no warranty case will ever be honored by a company that does not even care to finish the work.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY

Call the company no one answer the call
Left couple of masseges never return the calls
No one should get any kind of work done from these people
If you do you be left with frustration and loosing your time and money

It's a very unprofessional company. In two months after roof installation we found that roof is leaking, and even company will give you 10 years garantee warranty believe us nobody come to fix it. They even never pick up the phone. I guess as soon as they see who is calling or hear any complaint message simply ignore us. I will never advice to anybody this company. It's better to pay more but to be sure that work done completely well.
