We have some income property and noticed our tenants had several fans running in the house, because our home was well insulated it meant it kept the heat in as well. Great for winter, not so much during our hotter summers. I put off doing something like this because I was worried about the expense and work involved but wanting to keep our tenants comfortable, we contacted Furnace Solution, they came out and right away and after some quick consultation recommended an air conditioning solution that would meet our needs, and to my surprize their estimate was comprehensive and lower than anyone else’s.

When I arrived to check on how the installation was progressing I was surprised to see how fast and efficient they were, especially given some challenges to being an older home with a finished basement. They had several ideas on how to overcome them and felt confident there was no problem. Jordan and Nolan were exceptionally great to deal with and took the time to explain everything they were doing and provided an accurate completion time. I really appreciated the expert opinions and suggestions they provided and how they even addressed our future needs. Courtney came by to do a quick check to see if I had any questions, it was nice to know that Furnace Solutions has a team of support too. I felt reassured that the was receiving the best care. I know they had other clients, but during the install I felt like I was the only one that mattered that day. Our tenant was also pleased by the quick professional work and came home to a comfortable cool environment.

We had our A/C replaced and the guys did a great job of installing the unit.

Tyler came out to fix my hot water tank, turned out there was nothing wrong with it; there was a problem with the gas. We wouldn't have known if he hadn't come out and checked everything. Professional and helpful! Thanks guys, great job. I'll recommend you guys from now on!

Excellent service is almost nonexistent nowadays. Furnace Solutions is a rare gem in the field of customer service. In my journey to replace my 52 year old furnace, I had exceptional service from every single employee that I dealt with. This includes Jeannie from the Home & Gardens trade show booth, Ryan who came to my house to give an estimate, Jessica in the office who dealt with the paperwork, and Nolan and Jordan who did the installation. All were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They all demonstrated pride in working for Furnace Solutions. Employees having pride where they work made for a wonderful experience for me. Very happy with the work that was done. Nolan and Jordan were the ones that did the installation. They did such a good job at installing and concealing the air conditioner so that it did not take up space. Also they switched my wires out with ones that blended, so they went unnoticed (Going out of their way to correct a previous error done by someone else). They were polite, punctual, friendly, swift with their work and professional. I highly recommend them !
