Needed to get a seized furnace fan motor replaced during very cold weather and the first two companies called couldn't respond within 48 hours. Furnace solutions answered the call promptly (no recordings) and promised someone within 12 hours. After three hours Bryce called and was at the door within 15 minutes. Repair handled professionally and all questions answered.
