The experience was amazing from the moment they walked into my house.

I had other companies come in and give quotes, and all were trying to sell me either the low-end equipment, or high-end equipment, plus from what I learned they were all undersized, and over priced. Every other group I brought in for quotes were sales people who couldn't answer my questions. But with Furnace Solutions the person giving the quote was a previous installer who knew the ins and outs of the AC systems, and could answer any question I asked and with confidence. I didn't just choose this company because they had the best price, which they did for the high-end system compared to the other companies where the price for the low-end was still more expensive.

My experience was not dulled at all on install day, they showed up on time, with everything they needed, I work from home and they did their best to keep traffic and noise to a low, even though I never asked for this. Once the install was complete you didn't even know they were there to do the install, I have had people come in to clean vents who made more mess than this, the place was spotless. They gave me a tour of the system, and even asked if I had any questions about any of my HVAC system. It was a pleasure to see a company that takes pride and passion with their work and customers. Last week I had City of Edmonton come in and do the inspection and with no surprise of mine, the city inspector even gave kudos for the work done.

They were one of the best companies I have had the pleasure to do business with, and this company will be the only group touching my HVAC in the future.
