Good luck getting parts when things break

Bought a rain head and hand held shower faucet in 2021. The cartridge broke in 2023. I contacted their central customer service in February to purchase a replacement. Its now May, and after numerous phone calls and emails, I have been sent on a wild goose chase and still do not have a part or working shower. These products are low quality and non-standard. Stick with Moen or Delta. Im at a point where I have to take the entire wall apart to replace the fixture. Huge mistake. Avoid Bath depot at all costs.
