We have previously used this company for our annual maintenance of furnace and ac. We were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and pricing. So, when we needed our ac temprarily disconnected for renovations, they were our first and only call.

This past fall, my wife and I received five estimates to replace our thirty-one year-old Carrier with a high-efficiency furnace. While four of the estimates were very competitive, we chose Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning for three reasons: they install Napoleon furnaces that are built in Canada; their communication was on time and reliable; and their online reviews are excellent. My wife and I are extremely happy with our Napoleon 9600 (96% AFUE), 2-stage, variable speed furnace (it's very quiet). In addition, the technicians installed a new five inch filter box, custom cold air return drop, condensate pump, and a one-piece exterior vent. While the easiest and cheapest method to vent the furnace was to terminate the pipes above our back deck, we didn’t want to look at them in the summer months where we spend a lot of time. Thankfully, the technicians were able to use a concentric vent and terminate it through a gable wall where only my neighbour will ever see it. The workmanship is excellent, and everyone I dealt with from sales to installation was great. Thanks again guys, and we’ll see you in a month for our A/C service.

Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning saved the day! When comparing with larger more well known companies, all we can say is Wow- what a difference! Canadian Heating was a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt at responding to assess the problem with our heating. A part was broken on our 20 year old furnace and the technician simply gave us our options (fixing it or replacing it). In no way did we feel pressured at all. There were no sales tactics or pressure to sign on the dotted line.
We chose to purchase a new furnace with them. Installation was next day, prompt, clean and a mini tutorial was given on how it runs.
The furnace not only runs nicely (very quite), it looks nice too!

My house has been very dry this winter, so I called to book an installation. The rep on the phone was very friendly and able to get someone out within a day. The installation was fantastic - professionally done with attention to detail. On top of that, before leaving, the technician took the time to take me through the use and maintenance of the humidifier.

Old furnace had dust built up in the drain and blocked. Backed up water rusted and made holes in many parts. The furnace had to be replaced. Replaced with a new furnace the second day. They dropped off some heaters for the night, which is very appreciated. Good service overall. The service fee was waived.

I wanted to acknowledge our technician, Hans, for solving our heating problem, during the cold spells these past 2 months. Our furnace was not communicating well with the thermostat, and the temperature was not synchronized properly by the Peaksaver installer. I also asked Hans to check my heat exchanger to confirm that there is no problem with it. After a few diagnosis, it was determined that the blower speed was set low, and the furnace require a re-set. The clean-up was quick, and the resolution of my problem was quickly identified. I would highly recommend Hans @ CHAC Inc.
