Sales process and installation was straightforward. Was well informed of the units being installed and their capabilities, very thorough explanation of appliances. Some difficulty regarding integration of my existing thermostat and it’s related warranty coverage that was ultimately sorted out, albeit not without difficulty.
Update: A charge appeared on my credit card for the thermostat that I was assured I would not be charged for, so I’ve updated the score appropriately for the dishonesty and frustration this experience has resulted in.

It is unfortunate that there was a miscommunication regarding the installation of a new WiFi thermostat as your old thermostat had problems.
Originally we did bill you for it as it was not part of the original install.
However, as you know we did issue you a credit of $326.57 and put it as a misunderstanding between our team members and yourself.
It would be appreciated if your review stating we were dishonest to be adjusted as it was a miscommunication, not outright dishonesty.
