Tyler was very pleasant, and admitted that he was learning as he progressed as a roofer-our decision to select him for our shingling job was our hope to help a small business operator and his promise to address any issues in order to build his reputation. We had some water dripping into our bathroom as snow melted in the spring, and other roofing experts explained the errors Tyler made and how he could (easily) fix them. So I called Tyler. No answer to texts, emails and calls for weeks. I kept trying and after a couple of YEARS he answered and said he was sorry and would try to come and fix the problem. Months and several promises and no Tyler. We told him we wanted to give him a chance, we weren't mad, just wanted it fixed. I finally gave up trying, and gave up hoping that he would live up to his many promises. The snow is melting again today, and my wife has to dodge the drips that fall right over the toilet. Sorry, Tyler-until that little problem is fixed, as promised and agreed several times, I will be recommending that people not trust you. But you can still change this-just finish the job.

I had a terrible experience with TJ Roofing and Exteriors in Winnipeg. He did soffit/facia and gutters at my parents house. The gutters are hung like crap, and the downspouts are barely holding on. The gutters are hanging very low, and all the screws are loose on the downspouts. The drip edge was all bent upwards for no reason, and left that way. And the drip edge on the sides of the house were not installed. TJ kept saying he will be coming to fix it for about 2 months, and has now stopped responding to my calls or texts. Do not deal with this company that does not stand behind their work!
