We retained Tristan Hall of Hallway Home Inspections to do an inspection on an older home we were considering purchasing. Tristan was very thorough during the inspection and did not rush through the inspection at any point. He noticed various issues that were not apparent to us and would have cost us a significant amount of money to fix. He explained the urgency of fixing each of these issues in person and in his report.
Tristan provided a detailed report with recommendations after doing further research into some of the issues he found so that we had the most up to date information and recommendations possible. Tristan was a pleasure to communicate with, explained his findings and concerns to us without being asked, and answered any additional questions we had knowledgeably as he inspected the property.
