Tristan was amazing for my home inspection, he came in very short notice as i left things to the last minute and had to waive my conditions for my new home the next day! Tristan gave me an option of doing a verbal with pictures or writing up the entire report and i chose the verbal since it was not my first property. He encouraged me to go through the entire house with him so he could explaing everything and showed me directly any problem areas of the home. I will continue to refer Tristan in the future and look forward to using his greaet services again!
