My brother has been a client of Central for a long time and I had their number from him. I’m not an expert at all - it’s quite the opposite actually: I didn’t even know how to explain the issue. They were very patient and they commenced making specific questions to try to understand the matter. I ended up informing them about my furnace brand and model plus the error code I was visualising. They do some research and they were able to understand the problem this way. It apparently was a simple thermostat problem and they informed me they’d come and replace it. The entire experience with them was top-grade: they are competent, courteous and patient.
