Excellent service. A1 came recommended to me by a realtor who used the company twice. They came very quickly to get samples for testing. They explained the process for testing clearly. When the test indicated the tile in question was asbestos they promptly arranged to do the work to remove it. They sent me photographs of how the area was contained and controlled during the work. they fully explained the process for removing the tiles. Asbestos is such a scary word that I was really worried about what was going on. In fact, their reassurance and clarity made me understand. This is not a big deal, it just needs to be handled properly. The work is done, Im pleased and confident, and you move on.

Called Warren to come in and quote a mould remediation job in my basement, as well as the demo of a cold storage room.

The first thing I noticed was Warren's extreme professionalism from the first call. Their quote was reasonable compared to the other vendors I had explored. The team onsite took great care in containing the area and even returned post job to wipe down the surfaces again to ensure it would pass an air quality test. Cannot recommend them enough.

We are having our bathroom renovated and had to have an asbestos test done before the Reno could start. Asbestos was found in the drywall compound, so we were put in touch with Warren at A1 Eco Mould & Asbestos Removal. Warren, the owner, was very attentive and friendly. He, as well as his team, were professional and experienced, and quickly demolished the bathroom and hauled away everything and removed the asbestos. The air was cleaned and our test was clear. We discovered we had a slow plumbing leak in our basement when it went from slow leak to small flood. Ruined the laminate, and upon inspection discovered asbestos tile under the laminate (from a previous owner), as well as the possibility of mould. Warren came by and put our minds at ease, explaining the removal process to us, offering a verbal quote, followed quickly by a written quote. Within the week his crew was here and had the job finished in less than two days. They were prompt, courteous, and the very definition of professional. Warren is a very knowledgeable and amiable guy, and never once did his tone come across as a scare tactic to justify a ridiculous price, instead it was more about making sure we understood everything and that the job would be done right.
