Michael from Pristine Plumbing & Drainage visited us to replace a toilet and to inspect some of the plumbing in our house, and I was quite satisfied. The work didn't go as planned but they didn't charge us anything more for the extra time spent ensuring the job was done well. Very professional service, including good communication and before and after photos. Besides that, the lifetime warranty offered on the work has convinced me this company will be who I call for any future service.
