Fast forward a year, and I reached out to Saeed again to complete a list of "must fix" items that I had amassed over the year since his last visit, including building a small built-in cupboard for our kitchen. Saeed and his colleague did not disappoint - they fixed two bathroom floors with new tiles, built the cupboard and attended to several small jobs that needed skill and attention to fix. All the qualities you would want in a handyman Saeed has and then some - skilled, friendly, punctual, and he closes the loop by cleaning-up. He is my go-to handyman for just about everything.
