My fireplace had not been working for several years. Paul came over and knew exactly what to do. Parts were replaced, and the fireplace was activated again. Reassembling and cleanup were done in a professional manner. His overall work on this project was excellent!

We recently hired Synergy Heating and Cooling do a complete install for us including brand new furnace, A/C, water heater, and Nest thermostat to replace our system. I had worked with Paul two years ago on repairing my daughter's gas water heater. So, it was an easy decision to involve Synergy in installing a new gas water heater in our own home.
Paul respects his customers and the surroundings he is working in. For this tough job, he brought his brother with him to save me the pain of wrestling the old tank out and the new tank in. Through 4 doors and 2 flights of stairs, they damaged nothing !

The furnace at our rental stopped working on the weekend in the dead of winter. We called synergy and Paul was great to deal with.
