I called at least 6 other contractors or flooring companies before talking to Mo. The other contractors didnt want to help me, possibly because it was just a small fix, or quoted a very high price for the work. Mo was very friendly and honest. He said it would be no problem and understood the issue I had with my floor bowing. He was in and out in a few hours with my problem fixed for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Mo, an excellent professional.

Mo was very honest and reliable. He came quickly to give me a very fair quote. It was evident that he was very knowledgeable and walked through the process. He was very efficient and amenable to my timelines. He was neat and tidy and the work was technical (finicky with closets and hall space) and it was perfect! He put in a vinyl floor for my basement family room, laundry room and hallway with closets. I highly recommend Floor Doc. You wont be disappointed! I have provided a before photo pic.

Moe was incredible from beginning to end. My biggest qualm with contractors is always poor communication and Moe was so refreshing because he was responsive, helpful, and had great ideas. Before I could appreciate his work (which is exceptional), I could tell he was a person of good character.
I replaced carpet in my master bedroom, stairs, and entire second floor with hardwood flooring. The second floor wood is a different colour than the main floor and so Moe made my stairs (treads and risers) transition perfectly between both floors. He also installed vents throughout my home made of the same wood of each floor so theyre near undetectable unless youre right above them - I had never seen this before and its such a luxurious touch. His workmanship speaks for itself - only years of experience with multiple different project can develop the eye and process Moe has.
Finally, Moe works clean and tidied up after himself. I cannot recommend him enough. Youre making a choice youll thank yourself for in hiring him. I already know Ill be having him back to finish my basement.

I had a floor and stairs replacement. The job went okay. I feel it was rushed because there were spots needed to be refinished. 2 years later we are still waiting for a response.

Flooring and stairs were was completed as requested over a 2 week span (we had not yet moved into the house). Ran into a few miscommunication issues but they were resolved.

We hired 365 Installation Services to make a staircase for a loft in our house. From initial quote and getting the measurement they were truly professional on it. Installation went smoothly and we love the outcome of it. We love their services and we highly recommend them to everyone.
