GE Elite Fridge Not Cooling

My fridge stopped cooling for over 2+ weeks now, and I had 4 different refrigerator company come to diagnose the cooling issue before Repair Care came to look at my fridge. All of the companies diagnose the problem with different recommendations. On top of it all the other 4 companies were unprofessional, disregarded my property and were looking just to stick you with a very expensive bill. Finally, I got Merv from Repair that was very professional, clean, honest and was well prepared because of he did his homework regarding my issue. After pinpointing my issue and resolving my cooling issue Merv reassured me that for all my troubles he's going to ask the Client Rep Manager (Tarah) to waive my cost. My jaw dropped and couldn't believe a company would even consider this after fixing my fridge and going through that horrific experience with my fridge. All I have to say is that Repair Care made me feel "cared for" and human again and they didn't treat me like a number, they also restore my faith that there are still honest and good companies out there in the refrigerator industry and know what their doing. I will 200% definitely be recommending Repair to my family, friends and others. Keep up the fantastic work your doing Repair Care!
