It says that they do same day services not true: the guy came three times and it has been 10 days that our fridge is not working. We payed 800$ to replace a part and still not working and when we asked for a refund they said sorry we can t so that. Extreamly disappointed with the service and with the way the coustumor service replied.

I am sorry you had a bad experience but there were extenuating circumstances in your case that through no fault of ours your fridge could not be repaired. We tried every fix with your consent and approval. Sorry we could not fix it.
