Allan offered options to help me make an informed decision. I was thrilled with his advice for the work I was doing in my kitchen; not just for the plumbing but what to request from other trades people.

They noticed a shut off valve was not under the kitchen and installed. I love it when people go out of their way to offer suggestions for prevention to potential future unforeseen events.

I appreciated his approach as a Subject Matter Expert. I highly recommend the Urban plummer.

This is our second time using The Urban Plumber.

The first job was a shower install and was 10/10 for price, timeline and customer experience - we were ecstatic !
The second job was 2 toilets, 3 sinks , and adding the faucets to two showers - which was a mixed experience.

The Great -
Allan Replies Quickly - Schedules you in and follows up multiple times to ensure the date and time is met with a good customer service demeanor.
Richard is a sensational plumber, his work is neat and tidy and impressed my dad who is hard to please - He even pointed out a few things he would recommend which we took him up on.

The Good -
Allan and Richard both are friendly guys - easy to chat with , and explain things well , and can find solutions to most issues ( we had a few challenging pieces to the job ) - they work on jobs big or small .

The Not so great -

Richard Showed up at 9 am to meet my wife, reviewed the job and then went to buy parts that were needed - my wife asked me to check in and see if he needed any help and to check on the job at 11:15 - when I showed up he wasn't there - as I was leaving his showed up with parts just before 11:30 -- which was fine until I found out I was paying for 2.5 hours at over 125 bucks an hour for it --- this stung - but I accept that part of this is on me to not ask more questions before accepting a service. ---

The bill for parts was 700 - when I asked to see the receipt for this I wasn't provided it.

Overall I am mostly happy with the quality of the work
I Did let Richard know of my concerns and if they are addressed will update accordingly

Communication was great. They called and ended up coming an hour earlier than expected. The work was done quickly and cleanly. No complaints. I will be calling The Urban Plumber again when needed.

Allan's team came as a recommendation locally and I can see why. The team were on time, clearly explained what was needed and the associated costs before starting the job. The were quick, polite and very professional. I would certainly recommend them and would use them again if the need arose.

I highly recommend this company. They were punctual, professional and very reasonably priced. They did great work and I have already told they owner that I will be referring his company to my neighborhood as a good, honest plumber is very hard to find. I have hired many trades over the years and my 1st impression of them was very good.

No need to search for another plumber! Had a great experience with Urban Plumber. Very quick and easy to get in touch with Allan. We was really flexible, even offering to come after regular business hours to check out the problem. We were given a quote by Mr. Rooter for 3x more than the final price of what it cost to fix the minor issue we were having with our shower. Richard (the plumber who saved the day) was great. Super honest and straight forward. Was in and out within an hour of arriving. Problem solved. Won't use another plumbing company again

I was very happy with the work that Allan, Richard and the Urban Plumber team did for my new home. They were available on short notice, and recommended the right level of work while informing me of my options. They expertly suggested workarounds for things we uncovered in the walls at no additional cost. In addition to great customer service, I love their philosophy of offering green technologies and donating to charity. As a bonus, they even helped me to carry things from my car into the house for me!

I have had to use Urban Plumber a couple times for different jobs. They were exceptional. Richard got the job done and provided great service and explained everying. He was very helpful and the price was great! I highly recommend Allan and his team for any plumming job!

Richard came promptly and did the job well. We did not have a functioning kitchen faucet, so it was great that he came on a Saturday am to help us out. Left no mess.
