Centennial Glass

Our Designer used Centennial Glass, and we could not be happier with the results of our mirrors and custom glass showers in our master bedroom and secondary bedrooms for our children. We had excellent services, and very happy with the work.

We had a custom glass shower installed in our home, and we cant say enough about the service and the end result. We are very happy with the result of our 4 piece shower. Allison and Kelly were both very helpful in the showroom, and Stephane did a great job installing the shower.

The staff at Centennial did a wonderful job on our custom shower glass enclosure. From design to install, the service was professional. I would have no trouble recommending them. My wife and I enjoy the shower and the look that makes our bathroom.

I called Centennial Glass because of their high ratings. I have never given a poor review on a company before because mistakes do happen. Not in this case.
Facts: a custom ensuite mirror was ordered in May 2019. It was not a standard mirror & required special measuring. Four times I was advised to stay home for its delivery. Each time the measurement was incorrect and each time they assured me that the next time it would be right.
After the last failed delivery, in the first week of August, I advised the sales person, who was lovely, that I was not pleased that I had gone for 4 months with no bathroom mirror and no light that could be installed consequently. I was eventually passed along to the manager.
They had outsourced the beveling of the mirror and this is where many of the issues had occurred. I told them that there should be no charge for the mirror to Centennial glass from that out-sourcing company and that that credit should be passed along to me for my inconvenience. The manager told me that they would only be willing to commit to a price adjustment only after the mirror was installed. I asked if he would put that in writing to me and explain why an adjustment would only be done after the work was done. He would not.
It was at this point that I said that I did not see that anything was going to be any different moving forwards with them and that I would like to cancel the order. He said that they would be charging me (I forget the exact number) appx $500 (again...I am not sure of this number) as a minimal fee for installing a new crank on a window that I had them install. I had them look at the window one time when they were at the house. To make a long story short....they did adjust the price of the crank install to a more reasonable amount. But the point being that they had had a pre-prepared number all ready to give me...almost as a punishment for cancelling.
I asked them one last time if they were sure that they were sure that they wanted to go this route with the mirror install, knowing that I was so unhappy and so terribly inconvenienced. His parting words to me "If you think that we are going to grovel you are mistaken. We are not".
It should also be mentioned that as their scheduling manager deserves a ranking of below 0 star. His attitude, particularly towards women I would guess, was not acceptable.
I will never ever advise anyone to use this company.

We had a break in at our business at 2AM; the perpetrator broke our storefront's glass door. The problem was that our store opened at 8AM.

I called Centennial and woke up the on-call technician, Claude, and he was on location within one hour. He quickly measured the door, went to the warehouse to create a custom (temporary) glass, came back to install it, and was done by approx. 7AM. He also helped with the clean up of the broken glass.

The temporary installation was great, and no one noticed that it was a replacement. The permanent glass came in a few weeks later and was promptly installed.

We don't know what we would have done without these guys! Great work, professional, prompt, and reasonably priced considering it was an emergency and at 2AM. Thanks Claude!

The service was awful. I paid them to come and repair the crank on the casement if repairable or advise me if it needed replacing. They charged a good amount to come fix it and the next day it was broken again. So I ordered an expensive custom tilt and turn window and they wouldn't apply the cost of the service call against the purchase of the new window even though they didn't fix the window. They finished the job poorly and now the window is leaking. They came to take a look and said they wouldn't do anything because the guy that came didn't bring any tools. They also said the window was fine it was the roof that was leaking. I was surprised as the roof was redone in 2014. Checked the roof and it is dry as a bone. Just a huge run around and is stil leaking in at the window sill

Centennial Glass did a fantastic job installing a dog door (ordered separately) into my sliding glass patio door. They were very quick in responding to our questions about whether such a service could be provided and they gave us a solid quote with all the expenses broken down. It wasn't cheap, but the job that they did was well worth it and much simpler than a competitor company that we also had in for an estimate.

We had two site visits from Centennial, the first to remove our door so they could replace the glass and put in the glass with the dog door, and then the second appointment a few days later to install it.

The staff that came out to our home both times were incredibly professional. Our glass door was difficult to remove due to the unusual frame but they didn't give up, and called in a more experienced veteran who showed up right away to try and figure out the problem.

Replacing the glass door was much simpler, but I appreciated that the staff stuck around afterward to try and help figure out how I could replace the lock keeper that I had misplaced. Ended up finding it shortly afterward but it was very nice of them to help out even after they had completed their part of the work.

The door itself works fantastic, they did a great job and we're very happy with the finished product.

Don't think of even calling these guys. They charge $325 just to come on site. NOT WORTH IT! Was just looking for someone to replace a screen door. What a joke.

I was looking for an odd sized double pane argon filled replacement glass for a basement window that had lost it's seal. I sent an e-mail very early in the morning with the specifications and received a call from Peter shortly after the store had opened. He took my order and later that day confirmed the order and a delivery date. The window arrived as promised and fit perfectly. I was very impressed by the professionalism displayed for such a small purchase.

We put in a full wood and glass railing system in our home and it was pretty seamless from start to finish. We used a high end railing contractor, and they use Centennial Glass for all their glass work.
The total price was about 23,000.00 but I don't know what the cost was for the glass portion, we went through our railing contractor.

The installers that came to install the glass did a great job and we found the people very tidy, clean looking, personable and obviously knew alot about what they're doing. We had a great experience with this company.
