Company does not follow up on messages in a timely manner
Skyscrapes sets appointment and does not show up and does not follow up with the customer
Owner is never present when job is being done and only contact is by email
When I spoke with the owner about my concerns about having to take time off to be home and they did not show up or call to advise they wouldn’t be coming they did not accept responsibility and
basically defended their actions
50% deposit is due upon booking yet job was scheduled 3-4 wks out and when I asked if I can give a 20% deposit and another 20 when supplies arrived onsite they said no
Lastly Skyscapes couldn’t fully complete the job as
they needed more supplies and a part so they advised that they would follow up with job completion in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I connected with the person who was onsite and they indicated they would get back to me. After a month later I connected again and expressed my dissatisfaction with their customer service practices. The owner basically did not accept any responsibility.
When job was completed the lights were installed incorrectly and by the time they had finished I had to leave to attend to another appointment so I just told them to leave it.
The owner is never onsite and only communicates through email and is hard to reach by phone
