Reliable's technician misdiagnosed the problem with my freezer compartment. He told me he could fix it. He did not. He charged for unnecessary work because he failed to correctly diagnose the problem was with the compressor. No parts replaced, labour charge for 30 minute inspection and misdiagnosis $316.40. They would not consider a partial refund despite his error. Not a company I would recommend.
