Found small patch of mold in bathroom. Kyle came and presented solutions in a professional, knowledgeable and educational manner. Scheduling for repair was quick and easy. Kyle completed the work as scheduled, was very quiet and tidy and, the work was top notch! I highly recommend and will be using this company in the future for other home projects and repairs.

Restoration 1 was called and showed up right away in the early hours of the morning. They had the right equipment and got the job done in a timely and professional manner.

We had a mould problem in our attic or loft. It is a large space we use for storage. The cause of the mould was identified and rectified but, by then, the mould had taken hold and it turned out to be a significant project to remove it. Everything in storage had to be removed and cleaned, the insulation had to be removed and replaced, the mould had to be purged and then the contents needed to be put back. The project took a month. During that period there was next to no dust in the rest of the house. The access route in the house to and from the attic was covered with protective carpeting. Everything was thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the job.
The workers were friendly, efficient and well managed.
In addition to dealing with the present problem, Restoration 1 also provided useful advice about mitigating the risk of a mould recurrence.

Called last minute, late in the day and they were on-site within two hours. fantastic service and very professional.

I had a plumbing leak that was concealed in a wall and hard to find. Restoration 1 responded within an hour and pinpointed and stopped the leak before further damage was caused.
