These Restoration 1 folks do good work. We had a mould problem in our attic or loft. It is a large space we use for storage. The cause of the mould was identified and rectified but, by then, the mould had taken hold and it turned out to be a significant project to remove it. Everything in storage had to be removed and cleaned, the insulation had to be removed and replaced, the mould had to be purged and then the contents needed to be put back. The project took a month. During that period there was next to no dust in the rest of the house. The access route in the house to and from the attic was covered with protective carpeting. Everything was thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the job. The workers were friendly, efficient and well managed. In addition to dealing with the present problem, Restoration 1 also provided useful advice about mitigating the risk of a mould recurrence.
