RESTORE RENOVATE BUILD

Restoration 1 were very prompt in replying to our call for help. They arrived, took charge of the situation, explained each step of the procedure and how and when they would happen. Within an hour of being on site we had equipment in place starting to remove the water. They checked in all weekend long to make sure the equipment was doing it's job and answered a million questions from us. Their service is impressive. We have had multiple people in our home this week and every single person was on time, thorough, careful, pleasant and knowledgeable in their area. We now have a clean and dry basement ready to start the restoration. Thanks to Josh, Kyle and the whole crew you made a terrible experience bearable.

Our water heater leaked and water made it's way under our laminate floor. We did not know how far the water got, Restoration 1 - London was able to determine the extent of the damage and provide us with a free estimate to deal with the remove of the wet material and the drying of the basement.
With the estimate we determined that we would put an insurance claim in. The cleanup work was completed in a timely fashion. We are waiting on quotes to replace what was damaged.

Completed the drying and sanitizing and removal of damaged floor. Next is estimation, looking forward to working with them.
