Awesome prompt quick service. Called for a quote on the recommendation of a family member. Came for a inspection of the property, quote was provided the next day. The air conditioner was installed on a holiday Friday, as per my very limited availability. The team was very accommodating. They were very experienced and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great job.

Great team. Called up for an estimate (based on reviews from home stars) and they were very prompt. Within a few days, I had my estimation. A few weeks later (on a really hot day) I called up with the go ahead. Just a note, I called around 7pm, left a msg, and they called back 15 min later (great service). They fit me in the next day. While they were here, the team of three were great. Very polite and professional. They were great with my pets as well.

I would not hesitate to recommend these guys at all.

4 site visits, one quote and 3 job visits all preceded by a courtesy call 1/2 hour before arrival. Punctual and efficient, the work is done very well and timely. Very professional crew moved a main duct, lengthened and shortened vent runs and installed A/C. It was great to work with a smaller company. I have no hesitations in recommending Josh and his partners for Heating and A/C needs.

These guys came in and did a bang up job. Three journeyman that are honest hard working and provide great service. It's refreshing to support smaller companies that take pride in what they do. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Redoing the HVAC in my house which required re-ducting for most of the floor with the revised floorplan. Furnace Force was awesome at coming in to meet my (ever-changing) schedule and the work they did was neat, tidy and really cleaned up my 1960's ductwork. My kids rooms now have heat. Also added A/C, which was done very neat, square and very professional, they even managed to work around all the stuff in the utility room. Great install, great installers and I would highly recommend Furnace Force for any reno or new HVAC installs.

We had Furnace force install a heater in our garage, they were extremely quick and clean. We brought them back a year later to install AC in our house. We were extremely happy with the service

We needed to replace our furnace and opted to add an A/C unit at the same time. Dave and the crew came over right away to check it out and give me an estimate, and then booked to do the work when it was convenient for me - and within a very short time! The crew was great especially considering that we had other Reno folks in working on a different area of the basement at the same time. The A/C was completely worth it, especially since my husband works outside in the heat all summer. We love the new furnace too, way quieter and much more efficient than the last model. Dave made sure we knew our options and recommended the right type / size of units for our house and needs. I would (and have) recommended this company to friends and family. They'd even went the extra mile to make sure I knew which way to place filters, how to take care of the A/C unit, and even made sure I registered the products to activate the warranties.

I bought a house last year and Dave changed out the hot water tank for me. Considering they had to go in the house and I had to be there, I appreciated how they set up a perfect time. I saw them do the work and they seemed like they knew exactly what they were doing. I've had no problems and would recommend them for anybody interested in this kind of work.
