Euro Star Windows And Doors Ontario

I hate to be the one to leave the only less-than-fantastic review for Euro Star, but my experience simply was not as I was hoping, based on the company's favourable reviews.

First, the installation of my windows was great. I'm very happy with the windows themselves and the installers were polite, fast, and professional. However, the communication from the company was either completely lacking or rude, from start to finish. I had to chase them to get someone to measure, follow up several times to inquire about the status of my order, and again reach out multiple times to try to get information about possible installation.

Of course, COVID impacted the manufacture of the windows as well as the company's ability to install them in a timely manner, which is completely understood. But between August and March, I was not given information about the status of my request/order unless I called multiple times. On one occasion, a manager became really rude over the phone when I called for probably the 5th time looking for some information (can you blame me? two windows takes 7 months and way too much work for me chasing around for info).
