My first call to Whitby Garage Doors was answered by Chad, he came out within a couple days as scheduled and showed me samples, answered all my questions, was very friendly and professional.
Received a call from Wendy as a follow up, she was friendly and professional. Our installer, Ryan, came out as scheduled, removed the old door, installed the new one, was friendly, answered my questions, and did a fantastic job. Absolutely perfect installation.
A couple weeks later Robert came over and installed our aluminum trim around the frame. Again, friendly, answered my questions, and did a fantastic job. Absolutely perfect installation.
I would like to sincerely thank all the people I had contact with from Whitby Garage Doors. You guys are all great human beings.
Please do not change anything, you have a great company with great employees. Keep up the phenomenal customer service attitude you have.
BTW if you think the big box stores cost less, think again, not to mention you will never receive the service you get from pro's like Whitby Garage Doors.
