I am so happy to be leaving a review for Brandon and the Whitby garage Doors team. I needed a repair done on my garage door ASAP as a huge storm was coming and the door was stuck open. I emailed Brandon after hours and he got back to me within 30 minutes. He told me that he understood the urgency of my situation and could come first thing in the morning. True to his word, Brandon was in touch with me before 8am and was at my house less than 30 mins later. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly and professional. The door was fixed and reinforced in under an hour. Now my garage is safe and secure and hopefully storm proof lol. Thanks so much Brandon for making me a priority.
