Double Garage door Replacement
I contacted several garage door places before finding Whitby garage doors. All the other companies I contacted just threw out a price over the phone without even coming to our house. I contacted Whitby Garage Doors and spoke Brandon. Brandon said he would come by and take a look at the door in about an hour. he was there in 1/2 an hour with plenty of samples and options to choose from. after explaining the quality differences between all the available doors and making a few recommendations Brandon left me with a quote to review. I chose a door and emailed him that night and the door was on order the next day. after just 1 one week (a lot earlier than expected) the door had arrived and Brandon had an opening to install the next day. the Installer Jared came out to replace the door and once complete he took the time to show me every thing he had and replaced and gave a few tips on regular maintenance.
OVERALL - customer service, professionalism, knowledge, quality of product, and installation was excellent!!! would definitely recommend to others and use again in the future. Thanks again Brandon and Jared! the door looks Great.
