My water heater broke and I want to replace it. Although I had home protection plan from another company, this other company made a big issue to replace the water heater and asked to dig holes in the celling in the basement. I contact Consumer Energy Management and asked to replace Furnace, A\C and water heater. They give me reasonable price for the Furnace and A\C. I accepted the offer because I don't want to risk going to lower price. The water heater price is high compare to others. But I also accept the price because I had to replace the water heater and I hated to go back to this other company. Consumer Energy Management technicians replaced the equipment in a very professional way without any damage to the finished basement. The sales person is a very patient, he know his job very well. Consumer energy made their part. It is my mistake to rent water heater from them with high price. My second mistake is to terminate enracare home protection plan and water heater rental at the middle of the term. The other company penalized me. My advise to you, if you want to replace your furnace or A\C and you have home protection plan, do it at the end of the term. Consumer Energy Managements installed American Standard furnace and a\c. The equipment are good. I didn't check my gas bill yet to see if it make any differences. In summary, sales person good, installation good, equipment good, price not cheap.
