The service man (I think he is the owner of the business) arrived on time and proceeded to start on the job. He was courteous and stayed completely focussed on the job. He would provide relevant and helpful information on furnace operation. He was a neat worker and completed the job within reasonable time.
We are very satisfied with Consumers Energy Management and will certainly use them again.
