Botched roof, Neil to the rescue
We moved into an older house and had the roof repaired but someone who had claimed to be a flat-roof expert. Two years later, the roof was kaput and roofer wasn't willing to fix it for free (after having admitted to doing a "cheap" job because he has overheard us talking about fixing up house and selling). I had 3 estimates done by leading roofing companies, I came across Neil on Google and knew a small builder who hires him on a regular basis. It took the "big guys" a week to get back to me, and another two weeks of booked appointments and no-shows.
