We moved into an older house and had the roof repaired but someone who had claimed to be a flat-roof expert. Two years later, the roof was kaput and roofer wasn't willing to fix it for free (after having admitted to doing a "cheap" job because he has overheard us talking about fixing up house and selling). I had 3 estimates done by leading roofing companies, I came across Neil on Google and knew a small builder who hires him on a regular basis. It took the "big guys" a week to get back to me, and another two weeks of booked appointments and no-shows. Neil gave an honest assessment, a slightly cheaper quote than the others and above all impeccable customer service. He's a perfectionist and took photos through the entire process while walking us through it, so we could actually understand what was going on up there. Any concerns were addressed right away and his work was done in a timely manner with a respectable, competent crew. A COMPLETE different experience than our first roofer. After what we've been through, I'm relieved we found Neil and know the quality of his work is 100%
