Replaced old skylight

The house that we just bought had a new skylight that was installed by another company. Had been leaking every time it rained, while we contacted them to fix it, they never bothered to show up.
We heard some great things about Moore Skylights, so we went ahead and have them replaced the old skylight.

Inquires and responses had been quick and informative. We got an official quote within a week of our first inquire.

The new skylight is great, no leakage whatsoever.
The owner, Jeff, was very nice and professional. He explained what went wrong with the old skylight and what he did differently to prevent a similar situation. He even helped us repair some cracks on our chimney for free.

In short, this is a great company with great service.

Jeff was a pleasure to deal with.
Good communication throughout.
Organized work site.
Excellent installation.
Good clean up.
Jeff replaced a leaky skylight. The job also involved building up the box, replacing the ice and water membrane, flashing, and
shingles. Looks great and it doesn't rain inside my house any more.

Jeff's approach to managing customers, jobs, communications, etc is what I would hope we could expect from all companies. He was quick to respond at all times, polite, proactive and not at all pushy. When it came to doing the job, he was flexible with accommodating my requests for the job and went above and beyond in terms of quality of installation. He had to do more work than was originally estimated but nonetheless stood by his original quote and did a great job anyway. I'll definitely be calling him again in the future when we need more work done on any of our skylights and would highly recommend Moore Skylights to anyone looking for a skylight expert.
