From the initial quote, which was accurate, to the confirmation of appointment over email, the reminder of the appointment the day before - right up till the technician left the site - the experience was excellent. Shane, the technician, showed up on time and a bit early. Which was fantastic. He went through everything with me first as we walked through the house to identify the heat supply runs and cold air return runs, vents and rooms. No mess, no fuss, and very thorough. It took less than I was expecting which was great too. I can already see the difference. We will definitely be calling them back for our next duct service and referring them to our neighbours. Thank you for the great service and finished work.

The Sales Experience: Ilia the sales rep came out and was very professional and thorough. We knew what we were getting before the install was going to happen. Ilia went through the product catalogue and showed us the window and door options plus the Energy specs rating. Very happy with the sales experience. The Installation: Sergei and his crew were very fast and efficient. There were 4 crew members including Sergei. The quality of the install was excellent. We had 11 windows and 2 doors [with windows] replaced. A very big job. One of the windows was manufactured incorrectly - wrong size. Sergei, immediately contacted the manufacturer and put a rush on the window. Normally this would have taken 2 -3 weeks, but it was turned around in 2 days. Sergei came back personally and did the install in 2-3 hours. They were courteous, clean and efficient. Highly recommend for a quality installation.

We had a Skylight that was 29 years old - a dome skylight. Found Jeff on Homestars.com. Right from the initial consultation, quote to the installation we were very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of the work. We were originally scheduled for end of March, but Jeff had opportunity to fit us in earlier due to the above average climate temperatures. It was a good thing too. Jeff provided photos, a description and Jeff called me at work to walk me through the photos and provide a thorough explanation of what he discovered, what he did to replace and how the whole new Skylight was sealed from any elements. A truly great experience. A definite recommendation.
