Duston, a sales person came and we looked at option for a new heating a cooling system for my home. He was professional and accommodating and offered transparent pricing. He helped arrange for a Sunday install. The installers were deligent and professional and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

I developed a small leak in a 10 year old acrylic skylight. I checked homestars and called Jeff. He came by to check it the next day while I was away on vacation and provided me a quote via email and called me to discuss what he found. Instead of fixing it during the winter, he explained that it is better to fix the skylight in the spring when the membrane would adhere to the roof better. He assured me that no significant damage would occur by waiting. He was right. He called me every few weeks to keep me updated on when he would come (weather dependent). He came today and replaced it. He was indeed correct, everything went well. He was professional, honest and does great work. I wish I could say the same about everyone in the contracting business.
