We are more than happy with service we gotten from Pro Green Carpet Cleaning. Our sectional sofa looks like new, all of the stains removed. Our carpets look amazingly clean. Highly recommend this company.

Using ProGreen Since 2015. had Eldin come out today for my carpet cleaning with Miracle Services. It’s simple green cleaning, great customer service, beautiful results every time, amazing pricing. No gimmicks, no soggy carpets left full of soap, water and chemicals. Best choice for quality work.

Absolutely terrible service.

This is my first time writing a review for any kind of home service, but was compelled to share about Pro Green due to the abysmal quality of this experience.

The cleaner was miserable the entire time he was in the home, grumbling when he was doing just about anything, and yelling when he needed something.

After 2 hours he declared his work complete. I went and scanned the rooms and almost every single stain was still clearly visible on the carpets. After bringing this to his attention his response was that "some stains just don't come out".
"Isn't stain removal the service you are providing?" I responded.

Shortly after he calls his office and I speak to another representative who declares that there is nothing they can do and that they use "very good cleaners".

The man literally grabs my wrist and yanks his phone out of my hand and slams the door, cursing me and says "FINE, YOU NO PAY".

None of the stains have been removed, and the entire experience was hostile, unprofessional, pointless, and completely unsatisfying.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I hired Pro Green Carpet cleaning by friend recommendation and was more than satisfied. I cleaned my 3 bedroom townhouse and got amazing deal plus results were extraordinary. Technician was very professional and detailed. As well I have to mention they use only Green products and after cleaning there is no smell as they explained me its odor free chemical. In total amazing service
