Not a Reputable Moving Company
Do not use this moving company and avoid dealing with Danielle or Richard at all costs. This company showed up 7 hours after their stated arrival time. After my goods were loaded, I called Danielle and Richard to complain, and it was then I saw what thugs these guys really are. Richard told me "if you don't pay the full price in the next 10 minutes, I'm parking the moving truck." That was his go-to line: hold my belongings hostage. There was zero discussion, zero customer service. The only saving grace was the actual mover Trevor was an amazing guy and a great and organized loader/unloader. He should find employment with a better company. MSJ moving is un-reputable, slimy, scuzzy, and I would not recommend that anyone give any money to them.
