Mario and Nitu (Project Manager) are professionals. Between them, they costed this job fairly and indicated clearly when something was off-plan, a billable extra or a problem likely to re-occur if not dealt with punctually.
Mario is tidy, meticulous with detail, looks ahead, is good company to work with and knows 'his stuff'.
